Spring made a guest appearance yesterday. Temps have been in the 50's and 60's yesterday and today, snow has melted, and although it was grey on my run yesterday, I wore capri's and a long sleeve t-shirt. No headband, no gloves, no tights. It was warm enough to get the taste of spring. The flowers I got this weekend brought a spring-like pop of color to my house and my classroom. The sun even shined through my classroom windows for a short time yesterday -- and yes, I did stop the kids from working again to make them all look out the window and soak up some vitamin D.
It may just be a 2-day tease, but the spring temps remind us that winter won't last forever.
