I check myself on the scale daily, but then I expect and am used to the fluctuations.
If your clothes are fitting fine but the daily fluctuations are stressing you out, consider switching to checking just weekly (or even bi-weekly).
The scale measures only the pull of gravity on you at that specific moment and can be influenced by a multitude of things (hydration level, how bulky the last meal was, how much sodium you consumed in the past day, etc). It is not a measure of your worth. :)

This is why I don't go by the scale so much... I use energy levels and clothing fit as a better means of measurement.
